I cannot imagine a worse insurance company. We had a homeownerʻs insurance policy with them for years. Their website is horrible. At first, it was not even possible to navigate it to pay my bill. Every time I would pay the bill I would receive a notice a few days later saying my homeownerʻs insurance was cancelled. A few days after that, I would receive a notice saying it was reinstated. A few days ago, I sold my home and needed to cancel my policy. When I looked at their "contact" page, the only method to contact them was an email page. I sent an email asking for instructions, but still have not received a reply. I finally found a phone number for Customer Service, only to be told that I needed to fax a signed cancellation and proof of insurance (?). She gave me a phone number (that I am absolutely certain I took down correctly) that is not a fax and is actually an insurance agency somewhere. I am SO GLAD I never had a claim with these people. Iʻm quite certain it would have been an unending nightmare.

Being a homeowner for almost 20 years I have seen my fair share of insurance companies running from promises, but during Hurricane Sandy the level of "running away" has reached a new low!!! - Tower Insurance has the worst customer service I have ever seen, and this in a time where I really needed it!!! - Do NOT use this company to insure any of your values!!! Poor to fair is the lowest score possible here at this forum, if I was to come up with my own quality evaluation it would be "Unbelievable poor"!!!

Stay away from this company. Will not pay claims. Company finds every reason they csn to not pay claims. When one reason is proven fslse will find another readon not to pay claim. Will not return calls. Adjuster is on vacation more than half the time and you have to wait til they return from vacation. Look at the reviews... the only good one they recieved they wrote themself. "F" rating from bettee business bureau.

This company has worst customer service. Requests submitted on the web was not processed and not returned. Called the customer service and waited like forever before talking to someone. Also, got different answers from different representatives regarding cancelling the policy(30 days via web vs. written request required vs. need to be done by new insurance company). Totally unprofessional!

Two full days of answering questions, being on hold, and an adjuster who failed to look at my car and now they tell me that my problem is not covered. Do you want to know why? because I was too honest (I admitted that my windshield, while falling out, was not cracked).

Their customer service is garbage. You can NEVER get through to someone from the claims department. I pressed the number to put in a new claim on the touch only system and it wont go anywhere. The recording just repeats over and over and over. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.
