We contacted Jason initially due to a large tree limb falling on our house causing damage to a portion of the roof and some siding damage. Before we were through, we repaired the siding, put on a complete roof, as well as installing new windows. Five Star was one of three contractors we contacted for estimates to repair the tree damage and not only was his estimate the least expensive, he was the by far the easiest to deal with. Jason showed up at the house, introduced himself, appraised the damage, and then sat down with my wife and I to explain what options we had available, what the costs of each were, made recommendations, and most importantly, asked us if we had questions or concerns and took the time to address each of those. He really made the decision of which contractor to use a very easy one. The work was all completed on schedule, in a very professional manner, and at the end of each day his crews made certain that our property was at least as clean as when they arrived that morning. The work and materials were outstanding and the one issue we had was immediately taken care of to our satisfaction. Having construction done to your existing home can be a very disruptive process. Five Star made the entire process as easy as possible. Very prompt, courteous crews doing quality work with quality materials and most importantly, Jason staying in constant contact, addressing concerns, keeping us informed, and making certain that we received the work we requested on time and to our complete satisfaction. My wife and I would strongly recommend Five Star to anyone considering improvements to their home!
