My wife and I needed to get an old basic thermostat replaced and decided to order a 3rd Gen Nest thermostat. I thought I could install it myself but noticed that the one that was sent was a Pro. I decided to look up a Pro installer for my area and saw that there were several to choose from. I chose to go with Dynamic Air Climate Solutions after reading so many other excellent reviews for the installer Kenneth. I was so happy that I did. Kenneth showed up with another guy, Rod, to help him and they were very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. They even offered to remove their shoes at the door. Nowadays, so many people that come to work on something for you do not even care to ask if they should do that. I was so impressed with him, that I got him to install a Nest Protect that I needed installed. If you are looking for an excellent installer in the Madison County, AL area that will do excellent work with a great attitude and not charge you an arm and a leg, choose Dynamic Air Climate Solutions! We will not have anyone else do our air or tech installation work any more.

Several of my acquaintances highly recommended Dynamic Air Climate Solutions. When my unit went out Kenneth Hughes promptly came to my house on a Sunday afternoon and diagnosed my problem. Although I did already have lower bid given to me by another local air conditioning company I chose to go with Dynamic Air. Kenneth took time to explain the other unit would work but it would probably be under powered for the size of house I own, and in the long run cost more to maintain. I made the investment to go with a better unit and have not regretted my choice. I am very happy with the professional service I received and the neat installation. Also I really enjoy all the high tech features of this new unit, the nest thermostat and control of unit through my mobile devices.

He has a great sense of humor, one feels quite at home in his presence. Excellent Service! We had no air, it was HOT, and we were expecting company from out of town the next day. Needless to say I was in a panic. We called Dynamic Air Climate Solutions and explained our problem. A technician was on site within 2 hours. The condensate pump had gone bad. The repair was made and I was left with a modern up-to-date pump that looks and works great. I was so relieved that I was able to provide a comfortable environment for my visitors. Thanks Kenneth!!

Imagine a major holiday with tons of family in town staying at your house with children as young as sixteen months and the A/C goes out at 8pm the day before the holiday event in the middle of a major storm.
