Our first experience with Roofs R Us occurred this past winter when we needed emergency whirley-bird replacement. Matt went up on our steep roof and replaced them doing a wonderful job in the worst of conditions. So when we had minor storm damage a few weeks ago, we called Matt to patch the roof. He gave us a bid to repair the roof, but he told us that the roof would only last another one to five years as it was fast approaching its 20 year lifespan and was already showing signs of cracking and disrepair. We asked for an estimate for a full roof replacement and blown-in insulation. The bid was very reasonable. The crew came right on schedule, worked quickly (finished our small home by 2:30pm), and were very courteous and professional. They were careful to avoid dropping shingles and old roofing supplies on our landscaping. The roof itself is a vast improvement for our home both in looks/style and venting (they installed a ridge vent). Overall, we are pleased with both the service and the product provided by Roofs R Us.

No more broken down and curly shingles! SAVED by Roofs R Us! Matt told us right away that our current shingles were the 25 year Sealdon organic shingles that are known to break down half way through their life span. When I finally found my old paperwork, I saw that Matt was right on! He helped us take pictures and harvested 2 shingles that we will be sending in to make a claim. The day of our estimate, Matt was punctual and gave us a very clean, professional, and forthright presentation of what Roofs R Us had to offer. The day our roof was installed, everything went smoothly and as promised! The roofers did a great job and worked until the job was done. By then it was dark, and so some last minute clean up was done then next morning! That day we came home from work with everything neat as a pin and we were left to admire our beautiful new roof!! We are very pleased with the work by Roofs R Us and would be pleased to recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!

I recently bought a house that had no idea the importance of gutters until it RAINED. Reed came out to my home for an estimate and it was actually really reasonable compared to other quote. I called to schedule and had the gutters put on the following week. Eric and Moses came out to put on the gutters, they said it would take about 8 hrs just to be sure they had enough time. 4 hours later they were done. They were amazing and explained everything along the way. It can rain all it wants to now! :) One thing i would say that needs attention is the lady receptionists. All they can do is answer the phone and take down your number. I think they should be able to take payments and have access to the calendars. I would think it would make more work to have the sales reps and installers constantly returning phone calls. :)

I like that they finished the small roof in a day as informed by Matt. I admit I was annoyed that the job was cancelled May 26th before the holiday due to the possibility of "rain". There was a greater chance of rain on June 12th and they came out and completed the roof and it did indeed rain for a few seconds. My gut said the May 26th cancellation was related to the upcoming holiday which I could respect if told that. I also did not like the coolers sprawled along the front lawn like a picnic and Wrestling in the front lawn. I viewed this as disrespecting the property. They showed up on time, finished the work on time and cleaned as well as they could. They also allowed me use of the dumpster. I would recommend Roofs R US. Meryl Brooklyn Park

Hired Roofs-R-Us to replace our house and garage roof after a very competitive quote. They arrived promptly and were extremely efficient in getting the job done! They did a pretty decent job of clean up (just a couple plastic and old roof scraps found afterwards) and I was very happy to see that none of our outside plants or anything had any damage. There was one part of the original contract that they forgot to do on the day of the scheduled day, but they came back and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.

Price was very good. Matt was very good at helping us to understand the process and the differences in the shingles and roofing material. Crew arrived on time and worked hard all day. Crew was very hard working and personable. Did just an ok job on protecting plants. Also, could have cleaned-up a bit better. Overall was very happy with our choice to hire Roofs R Us and would do so again. If clean-up would have been a bit better would have Loved it.

Everything went so smooth. Called for an estimate and he was out in a couple days. Matt was able to get our roof done in a short time from when I paid the deposit. The crew was here promptly at 8 and finished that day. The yard was picked up and I found no nails. I have already told friends how efficient everything went. I will refer them when asked. Matt did the windows and did an awesome job. They even brought in some subs (Gertens) for foundation work and they were awsome too!
