Hired these guy to have an insert put in. I was told it would take 2 people 2 days to install. Instead, only one employee came and rushed the job, telling me he wanted to finish the job in 1 day, which means the job that was supposed to take 32 hours labor in only 8??? The installer never raised and centered the pipe and never fully shut off the water before working on the piping, so I incurred a ton water damage that now 6 months later has not been fixed. When the master plumber came to do the final inspection I was told that the installer should not have been doing what he did with the pipes as he was not certified for it. Also, found out that the installer did not install the rubber gasket in the overflow drain and did not attach it correctly so while my GF was taking a bath the piping fell forward and water was flowing inside the tub, which caused more damage!!! My 4 shelves are uneven, and the left wall was cut uneven and installed which I was told would cause damage over time as their was to big of a gap between the wall and the tub for the caulking to hold correctly. In the end, during the install and afterwards I had been trying to reach the office to voice my concerns but no one is ever available. When I called the sales manager he said "what do you want me to do about it" and "no one has ever complained about that before." Later I find out that the gentleman that installed my tub was let go because he was making similar mistakes at many of the other locations were work was performed. Still they seem to be in no rush to assist. The owner and sales manager are totally blowing me off and refuse to call and correct the issues, even with the master plumber refusing to sign off on the job. Oh and of course they expect you to pay by cash, check or money order before they leave, which I was never told. So even though I was not happy with the project, I was told that I had to pay before they would assist me. Do your selves a favor and save the ten grand, the headache and frustration and use another company.

After the sales presentation we were really excited about the product and signed up to have 3 doors and all of our windows replaced. After signing, we started to get nervous and seriously considered canceling our contract, but after voicing our concerns to our sales rep he was able to ease our minds and was willing to work with us in a way that made us feel comfortable moving forward. The install team did a great job and was so efficient that they finished ahead of schedule. During install we had a few concerns/hiccups, but our sales rep was very attentive and came to site twice to address them in person and in a way that was acceptable to us. For our windows we did mostly inserts, which does take away from the glass/viewable area, however we have larger windows so it isn’t that noticeable. We did an insert on a smaller window (21”W x 33”H) and we hate it. It takes away too much of the viewable area so if you have a small window to begin with I highly recommend spending the money on a full replacement. We did full replacements on a few of our other windows and we prefer that look to the insert, however the insert is a really good option if you have large windows and want a more budget friendly option. Bottom line, we are very impresses with the product and service that we received from Window Concepts of MN and would recommend them to anyone interested in replacing their windows/doors.

We had Window Concepts over to quote repairing a window and when the sales rep let us know they only replace windows, he still spent the time to measure our windows and write down all the info we needed for contacting a company, as well as looked up and wrote down companies we could call. When he was leaving we decided to have him look at our doors and he provided us with a lot of options and was very thorough. The staff that came to install the doors were very professional and answered all my questions. They did a great job putting them up and everyone in the neighborhood has been complimenting the work that was done. They cleaned up any residual mess and assisted me in removing the hardware off the doors that I requested to keep, even though it was already loaded into their truck and it was my responsibility to have the curtain rods removed prior. I am excited for when we have money again to be able to have Window Concepts out for more work.

I call this company because they did the previous windown in my house and were only front side. I needed to replace the back side. They send a salesperson . He told me about the buy two get one free window promotions that was going . Very high pressure tactics. they convice your getting deal. He even pulled I will call my boss to approve this scam. I regret . They guy the sent to install the window has even scratched my bed and dressing mirror. very unproffesional and unethical. The three windows cost me $2000 I later realised was not getting a deal but scamed. stay away from window concept. Before you decide to go with them. first shop around and compare . Dont make the mistake I made. falling for their high pressure sales.

Timmer ‎ - Feb 27, 2012 Terrific experience. My wife and I needed new windows and we enlisted a number of companies. We did not like any of the salesmen until Greg from Window Concepts MN came out to the house and talked with us. He had a great presentation and knew his products. We trusted and liked him. We could only do three windows to start and now we are doing the other five. The installer was professional and experienced and the windows look great. Thank you Window Concepts MN! The bathroom is next.

Highly recommend Window Concepts. We had all our windows replaced by Window Concepts and are extremely happy with the work that was done. We looked around at other products and in the end it was by far the best product for the price. The salesman was knowledgable about the products and the installers were very efficient. The new windows not only look better, but are easier to clean and use. The house is less drafty and we were surprised to find that it was much quieter too.

The finished product is very good looking. They exceeded my expectations.
