I would avoid them at all cost! The salesperson was great...at first. We received three bids from three different companies and Trinity was the highest. We went with them because the salesperson convinced us of their customer service and project management. We signed the contract on June 5th to have our roof replaced, house trim painted, and gaps between the roof and siding replaced. We were told it would take two days to finish. We paid half the deposit when we signed the contract. One week passed... Two weeks passed... No phone call from Trinity. I finally followed up. Several back and forth phone calls later, we had a start date. The project went from two days, to several days. The workers created scrapes on the side of the house and on the deck. Materials were left in the lawn which caused the grass to die. Several of our plants were trampled on. After several days, the roof got down and some of the gaps were replaced...but the trim never got painted. Skip three months ahead, after several promises from Trinity and threats of our lawyer getting involved, the trim was painted. We had to ask multiple times for them to fix their shotty work. I think the thing that is most frustrating is that I was kind and gracefilled throughout the process. I was very understanding and made sure to communicate that...I felt like I got taken advantage of. If we could do it all over again, we would not have gone with them. It felt like a bate and switch; charming up front with HORRIBLE follow through.

I contacted Trinity Exteriors to inquire about having new siding put on my house. I met with a salesmen and he took the time to understand my situation and provide me with some much needed suggestions. The product selections including color and grade of materials were excellent. Based on the meeting, I decided to go with new vinyl siding, aluminum fascia and soffits, all of my windows and doors wrapped in aluminum and aluminum gutters. The end result was basically a 100% maintenance free home and all for a very affordable price. There was no pressure to do any of the additional work I ended up having done; rather it was good advice worth listening to. The job took about 3 days with clean-up and my yard was spotless each day when the crews left. The quality of the work and materials blew me away. I have a house that is 50+ years old that now looks brand new. I will not hesitate to call them in the future if the need arises.

Ted came as a recommendation from my insurance agent. I asked him to examine our roof after a hail storm. He Showed up exactly at the time we set up, climbed on the roof and examined it for hail damage. Upon finding enough damage to call our adjuster he then met with them and we now have a new roof! The installers worked amazingly hard and finished the job in a little over a day. They replaced some rotten soffit and facia as needed and then put on great new gutters. They gutter guy had to come back a few times to work through some issues we had with big valleys but he always worked with a smile and was happy to accommodate our requests for downspout locations and stuff. I highly recommend Ted and Trinity exteriors!

Trinity Exteriors were consummate professionals throughout all phases of our window installation and roofing project. We replaced the cedar roof over our front entry way and replaced/upgraded our old windows. The roofing job was immaculately done with fine attention to detail and clean-up. The windows look great and they followed suit with a superb attention to detail and helped answer any questions surrounding maintenance and any resulting issues with the frames. Trinity Exteriors performed an inspection and provided me with an estimate on the roof of a house I was planning to purchase. During the inspection very significant problems were noted. Because of their estimate I was able to know exactly what I would be getting into and ended up walking away. The staff was very friendly and thorough, and also got everything completed very quickly as there were deadlines involved. After an e-mail was sent to me with a report I received a phone call making sure I understood everything and had everything I needed. Working with Trinity was a great experience and I will call them again in the future with any roofing needs.

We had Trinity replace our roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia. From the start everything was professional and our options were laid out clearly. They allowed us to change shingle brands to our preference at no up-charge. The work was done as scheduled and to a high standard. The two small things that we asked them to change or touch up were taken care of very quickly and we were asked to review the work all along the way so that they knew we were satisfied with the work as it progressed. We were especially impressed with Traci as she was our connection to Trinity and communication through her was excellent.

They were very patient in walking me through the process, they also worked well with my insurance company to make sure that all of the necessary work was covered so I was not hit with additional cost.
