Peter Roper was dispatched to a house that I own that has a #1 fuel oil furnace. These furnaces are old school and I was surprised that Peter was not an older individual and that he was so knowledgeable about these furnaces. Peter was very professional yet personable. He was very patient with my daughter and myself when he explained the process to bleed the supply line when it got air in it. If I need to make another call for service I will request GreenBox to send Peter. GreenBox can be proud of their employee Peter Roper.

I would like to highly recommend Greenbox for others (especially who plan to replace their HVAC), and if possible, please contact David for it. He is a very reliable person, and he has good knowledge about HVAC. He knows what is the best HVAC system for my house, and the price was very reasonable by considering the good brand name, Byrant. If you plan to install a new HVAC system, I would like to recommend GreenBox for it and contact David.

They dispatched Brian to look at my HVAC system and he did a great job checking up on everything, fixing mistakes the company who installed it made, and telling me what I should be watching out for. He also informed me of a few fixes and improvements that could be made to bring the system up to code. Very glad I chose them!

Peter Roper is very through and explains everything very clearly (which I very much appreciate) also gave me options and good advice. I hope I get him next time. Peter and the one before him always get here late but not by much. My geothermal unit is working fine after the first week and I expect it to continue to work well.
