Well I was very impressed with the warranty at first and the sales guy also told me they have lifetime screen repair. I was very persistent on have dogs and need something that can hold up like my aluminum screens do now. He promised that would be the case and these screens would hold up or be replaced no questions asked. Now I have had my windows installed this spring and have had problems with them not holding up and not what I wanted at all. Plus when I have ordered them my order hasn’t been right so I have been sitting without screens all summer without my prime windows to open. Personally wish I continued to shop around now this is my second window contractor and again they don’t stand up for me, the customer. Seems like it’s all about the $. It’s not my fault that the sales guy said what he did. You have a 100% satisfaction guarantee stand by it. But no the owner has no customer service stills. And said I have a 200 pound dog and they can’t help me with that. No my dog is 45 pounds thanks. Anyways truthfully I will do my research even more when hiring or paying for something from here on out. I am in the trades myself and don’t do business this way. Someone is unhappy I make them happy. The owner went off on a tangent with my son standing right there. Not the way to make a customer happy. But good points great product so far guess we shall see with winter coming. Warranty overall is great and hard to beat but stand up either way even if your sales guy said the wrong thing. Service department is very nice has great customer service stills and tries their best to make you happy and satisfied. Sometimes takes awhile for them to get back to you. But overall very accommodating. And the sales guy was very nice but no longer works there..... figures. But As of right now I wish I didn’t have their windows in my house and am set on hopefully finding something else. Hope others have a better experience but make sure you get everything in writing and not just word play. And hopefully you never have to deal with the problems I have. My windows and patio door installation was a great experience. Quite honestly, I was extremely nervous, as I have never had any kind of project such as this done before. My installers were Wayne and Isaac (and a 3rd very helpful young man) and they did an excellent job! Isaac arrived first and we discussed the logistics of the work to be completed. Once the truck arrived with the windows and door, they were immediately at work. They took every precaution to protect my floors, as well as various pieces of artwork on the walls. My staircase has a bit of a tight turn towards the 2nd flight, but that was never an issue. I can really appreciate how hard they worked because I ordered the triple pane windows and door .. which appeared to have been quite heavy. The patio door was a bit tight on the fit but they worked through the challenges and were able to get it in! The framework for the patio door was cut too short but Wayne was on top of it and has already completed the paperwork to have the right size ordered and sent out. What an awesome experience!!! Thank you for the beautiful windows/door and a smooth, quick installation. I will definitely recommend your services to others.

Salesman was great. We got 2 sliding glass doors and replaced all bedroom windows. Upstairs windows are triple pain. Purchased because they were supposedly windows for MN weather. In the coldest temps, there was so much thick frost on the windows and cold air coming in at the bottom where the two panes meet (all are sliding windows). We called and they emailed us a video from Pella Windows regarding condensation. Finally a serviceman came out, added some weather stripping and that helped with the incoming cold air. Next cold spell, no frost! This has to be a manufacturing defect. Windows of America needs to correct this issue, change manufacturers or stop claiming they are windows for MN weather. We were told we were not the only customers with this issue.

Was interview for a sales position at this company with the Sales Manager. I was surprise at the lack of respect he had for me also for the President and others he works with because of all his negative comments made through the interview. With the way he choose to interview was just bragging about himself for 40 mins. JD Never looked at my resume or ask about my previous experience with what I could bring to the table. This seems to be hire anyone you can to go into peoples homes to sell. I can promise any decent-great sales rep would not endure through what I had and then accept a job here.

Mike arrived here at the exact time for which he was scheduled. Because of the intermittent rain we had had all morning, I was very impressed that he was on time. He worked carefully and efficiently when removing the cracked window pane, and he protected the bedroom furniture at all times. The replacement and sealing of the pane took very little time. He also gave me advice concerning opening the window and cleaning the glass during the following twenty-four hours, which was much appreciated. I enjoyed talking with him and would recommend him to others.

We had a patio door that was an original 27 years old, rotting and not shutting properly, our daughters high school grad party was coming up and I wanted it replaced prior. New Windows of America came out and quoted, followed up via email and phone call, had 24 mo zero interest financing, plus could get the door installed in time for the grad party. They were to the day on install timing, finished in 1 day, cleaned up and we love the door. I will be ordering future needed windows from New Windows of America. I highly recommend them. Seems to be true the other reviews are telling the truth. I am still waiting for them to complete work on my home. I have called multiple times asking when someone will be out to finish the work. I am given a time and no shows up or calls. I have talked to the owner personally, twice, and I was given a promise date when someone will be there to finish, and guess what, no one shows up and no one calls. They sure cashed my check fast though for the down payment! I would never hire them again, or recommend them to anybody.

Mike was here today to replace a broken window and mud a spot that was vad feom the original install. He was very fast and very good at the service he provided. He called to let us know he was running late and then called right before he arrived so we could put our dog away. He attend to other issues that were minor that we had. He informed us that he would need to come back to take care of the outside of the house. He was nice and polite. Good employee

We had some setbacks with scheduling, but as anyone who has had construction projects performed, even the best laid out plans require some tweaks. Jim and company were willing to work with me and negotiate when a couple of issues around scheduling came up. The windows installed are fantastic. The company goes to great lengths to keep the customer satisfied. Jim called me directly and discussed the available options all the way through to completion.

I had new come and measure for 2 large windows in my kitchen and replace an existing bay window in the living room and put in a new sliding glass door in the dining room. There was no typical sales pressure or funny stuff. He listened to what we wanted and made it happen. The turn around time was quick and installation was great! He was sent here to replace a window and was sent with the wrong one. So, he had to change the glass. He was able to do that very quickly. Chad and Jason showed up on time. We bought 4 crank out windows with matching wood trim and matching sashes to our existing interior wood trim. Chad and Jason put down tarps to protect our carpet and floors. Installation went smoothly. The windows are very very nice! We will be back to order more windows! Ask the installation to be done by Chad and Jason. They are the best. They left our house clean, no need to vacuum!!!

Work was scheduled for Monday. The installer called in sick so we had to reschedule. New windows of america fit me into the schedule the next day. Crew showed up and got to work. In two hours they had eight windows installed and only had to donfinish work. They were done in a total of five hours and the crew left the area very clean. I am very pleased

We had our attic insulated by New Windows For America. They talked us through everything that would happen and everything happened exactly as planned. Their work was top quality. The attic insulation cut our heating bill in half and the ventilation that they put in eliminated the problem we had with ice dams in the past. Thanks!
