Excellent experience from the initial contact through completion of the work and follow-up. I had water damage in my home due to some gutter problems and hired them to replace the gutters and downspouts and to install leaf guards. They worked around my schedule and sent a representative promptly to provide an estimate. They actually talked me out of replacing the gutters. They said they were in good condition, but needed to be remounted with the proper slope. That suggestion saved me a lot of money that I was prepared to spend. They scheduled the work, arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They installed larger downspouts and added the leaf guards. I am relieved to never have to worry about gutter problems again! We were so happy with the work, we had them inspect our attic insulation. They took pictures so that we could see exactly what they were describing, explained what they recommended, how they would do the work, the warranties, etc. just like they did with the gutters. We hired them to do that job as well and were very pleased with the work again. They treated the wood with a product to kill any mold, installed chutes to ensure air flow above the insulation, and put in measuring devices so they could make sure to have the correct depth in every area. They took "after" pictures so we could see the results as well. Once again, they were professional, polite and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and even put up with my over-friendly dogs. I would definitely recommend Budget Exteriors and I will be doing more business with them in the future.

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SALES PITCH. WHAT A JOKE. They quoted us around $40.000 for our house to be sided. When we told them we already had a quote for $25,000 they somehow were able to make a call to their "Manager" and give us a special deal and could match the price (that should have been our clue). But we were in a hurry and it sounded like they put an extra layer of insulation on than the other company so we decided to go with them. When we asked about going to the store to look at the siding and stone we wanted they told us that another person would come to us with the samples. That all went good, we thought. The young man who came out said he did not have the sample of the Versetta Stone but knew exactly what we wanted. They ended up putting the wrong stone up and would not do a thing about it. We called right away to complain and they said that is what was ordered. We were also told that we could not talk to the "president" of the company. They said they would send us a $100 gift certificate to a restaurant (which of course they never did). We asked that they split the cost of the stone and they would not do a thing. Poor customer service. We highly suggest to stay away from this company. If we never questioned the price they would have made an extra $14,000 on us. The only reason they received one star from us is because the two gentlemen who installed our siding were so very nice and did a wonderful job.

Talked to Budget Exteriors at the Anoka County Fair, very quick to call back and talk to us about our attic insulation. They worked with us to accommodate our schedule for our quote, even came out to our house at 8 o’clock at night, just to talk to us. Our sales person David did a great job of explaining their product and all the install detail. Budget works with the best Owens Corning Product on the market. Once the two installers came to our house, they were both very professional and kind young men. They answered all of my questions I had been thinking about since our sales rep had been out. They both explained to me what they were going to do, and I felt went out of their way to make me feel confident in the work they were going to do. They took time at each step of the process, and even ask if I wanted to see what they were doing, so I could know they were doing to job the way I wanted it done. My wife and I had a very good experience with Budget Exteriors from sales to install and the phone calls we received before and after the job was done.

My father and mother, Ernie and Bobbie Bazey are very pleased with Budget Exteriors, here is their review. From the first phone call from the office, they explained what they did and we knew we needed more insulation so agreed to have them come out. It was a good decision because we are very happy with everything they did. They called the day before coming out, were here on time, and immediately went to work after explaining what they were going to do. They covered the carpet, wore shoe coverings, and did a great job. Jesse and Bryan were the installers and they put us at ease and we knew that we could trust them. Also, Jacob Stoltz, the salesman had explained everything and really sold us on this company. We would recommend them to anyone. Our grandson might be interested this coming summer or early fall to redo his home. I will have him ask for Jacob ,Jesse and Bryan, he would want someone trustworthy and they are. Thanks again for a great job Ernie and Bobbie Bazey

We had Budget Exteriors come to our home to evaluate the condition of our attic insulation. The salesman was informative of what would need to be done and explained it in excellent detail. He understood that it would be several weeks before we would be ready for the job to begin due to my work schedule and other projects. Once we were ready, scheduling was easy and ready for work to start in less than a week. A confirmation of date and start time was made 2 days prior. The working crew showed on time. They were polite. They gave us a brief explanation of what was to be done. They gave us recommendations for placement of the Smoke & CO2 detectors that were part of our insulation package. Drop cloths were placed as needed to protect wood floors and carpeting, work was completed and cleanup of any materials was excellent. I would recommend Budget Exteriors for needed upgrades to insulation.

I got a telemarketing call from Budget Exteriors. I told the woman I was on the Do Not Call list and she tried to tell me they did not have to follow it because they were not "trying to sell me anything". I told her it does not matter - she was not allowed to call anyone on the do not call list because they did not fit into the exempt categories. She argued with me. She told me they were offering a free "attic inspection" and was not selling anything. That still does not fit into the exempt categorizes and just what do you think they will try to do once they "inspect" your attic for insulation? I am not stupid and I know better. This was a telemarketing lead generator company on behalf of Budget Exteriors. If this is the kind of outfit they hire I want nothing to do with them. I did put in a FCC complaint against them. I think it is a 1500.00 fine.

When we started to upgrade our house we called Budget Exteriors. They did our windows and wall insulation and we were very satisfied with the work. Now...a few years later our furnace broke down and we had to replace it. We got several quotes but Budget Exterior was able to provide an even better price than everybody else. Someone was at our house within a day to look at the furnace, measure the house and figured out which furnace would be best for us. A few days later our house was nice and toasty warm again. They followed up on us a few times and tried really hard to do everything possible for us. I would recommend them to anybody who needs high quality and great customer service. We will totally call them again if necessary.

We needed to replace some of our windows. In researching we found Budget Exteriors. They were prompt in send a sales rep to give us an estimate and show us examples of windows. The reps were very knowledgeable and assisted us in getting financing to be able to do the project. Once the windows were ordered and received in an installation appointment was set. The installation techs arrived on time and were very professional and completed the installation in a very timely and professional manner. It was a pleasure doing business with Budget Exteriors and we will be calling on them again in the spring to complete the remaining 8 windows we need replaced. Could not be happier with the service we received.

The sales person was very helpful in suggesting styles and price points that met our needs. I love these windows. Chris came out to show soft lite windows. My husband did not think we needed new windows. After Chris showed us the window my husband was on it. He wanted a bay window. So we ordered it. After talking it over, I did not want to change our porch view. Called Chris to see what we could do. He came back out and order a replacement and a patio door. Mike the installer came out and measured it and said it would take about 3 weeks. Within 3 1/2 weeks we had our window and patio door in. Mike and his Dad were very professionally. We LOVE them & they have a lifetime warranty. Thank you.

The two gentlemen that came to our home to do the insulation job in our attic were very courteous and professional. They answered all of our questions in detail and made us feel comfortable with their answers. When the job was finished they did a very thorough job of cleaning up. Had the Retro Foam guys here from Budget Exteriors on the 18th of Oct. 2016 to finally add some insulation to my empty walls her at Rocky Reef Resort. I felt bad that they had to drill thru 41/2 inches of old wood siding to make their holes, but they got it done. Great crew, they were all over getting the house done in one day, and they worked until 10pm to get it done. Thanks for the great job guys. I recently went with Budget Exteriors to install 6 windows in my upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The installers were able to finish the 6 windows in one day and were exceptionally clean in their efforts. Not only were they quick in the installation, but they also made sure everything would pass inspection. I found the workers very courteous and respectful of my time. If time and money allows, I plan to have the rest of my upstairs windows done in the near future by Budget Exteriors.

I was very impressed with all the Budget Exterior people I dealt with. The first office phone call setting an appointment for the workers to install insulation in my attic,to come at my convenience was appreciated and they were professional and explained what they would be doing and how long the job would take. They cleaned the site up (even vacuuming) the garage,it was quality work. I would recommend this company.

This is the second project I have worked with Budget Exteriors on. They insulated my attic the first time. I was happy with their work so this time I had them wrap my facia. Upon completion of the project, there were some things that needed to be fixed. I contacted Budget and they were fantastic in helping resolve my issues. In the end, the job looks fantastic! Budget Exteriors were very professional and helpful to us. They took care of all of the areas in the attic. After our initial visit with Ryan the salesman, they were out the next week. The staff was very polite, thorough and well organized. When finished, they explained all they did and made sure we had all questions answered. They cleaned everything up and took all debris with them. We were very impressed.
