The team at BKS takes the insurance experience to another level. The advisors truly care about their clients, are passionate about them having the proper coverage and are extremely knowledgeable about the overall insurance industry. The experience has been very personal and enjoyable, which is not how I would describe my previous interactions with insurance companies and agents (I say agents because I never spoke to the same person when calling). Most important, everything was thoroughly explained to me from the beginning. My advisor delved into the details of my current policies and uncovered exposures to risk and gaps in my coverage that I was unaware of. And all I had to do was email my policy declaration pages for them to review. I was not properly covered at all and I had no idea! I cannot thank the team and my personal advisor enough! BKS has a client for life!
