First time working with this facility. Had my Jeep towed in late Saturday night and left it with the night drop. Received a call early Sunday afternoon explaining exactly what the issue was and how much it would cost to fix it. The part had to be ordered and, since it was Sunday, they said it would arrive early afternoon Monday. Monday at approximately 12:30, they called to say that my Jeep was ready to go. Car care assistant manager was very professional and personable. Technician who repaired my Jeep spent time with me and showed me what he had repaired and explained exactly why it was necessary. This facility has won me over because of their outstanding customer service!

I have never used the auto shop, only the store for travel planning. My husband and I walked in a few days before leaving for Europe with no transportation booked other than our flight to Germany. After spending several unplanned hours with us, we had rental cars and train tickets booked. They had our tickets overnighted and created us a turn by turn map book that we could use in case our GPS failed us. We also had a list of attractions and restaurants from Sal, who had lived there. We could not have asked for better customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure our trip was smooth. I would go back in a heartbeat if I needed help planning my next trip.

My girlfriend is a AAA member so she used this facility for a simple oil change last week while I was out of town. They told her that she needed new brakes because her brakes were metal-on-metal in the rear and were DANGEROUS and HAD to be replaced immediately at a cost of over $400! It was a scam as her brakes are fine on a car with only 35k miles. Women - do not trust this store!

I am a member of AAA Mid-Atlantic. They sent out an email saying that all Verizon FIOS customers are eligible for a $10.00/month discount. However, when I called Verizon, they said they knew nothing about this and that they could not give me any discount for being a AAA member.

This new AAA facility is a wonderful place to shop for travel related items, plus they have good auto repair services. Most recently, I had an oil change and I am very satisfied for the cost and the quality of the works they have done. All staffs are eager to help you.

This shop is suck. 1. It took me 6 hours to diagnose and replace a hose going to the thermostat. 2. As a AAA member, I got charge for $49.99 for diagnosing in addition to what I have to pay to fix a problem. I never recommand a friend to this AAA auto repair shop.

Once I gave them my keys, they casually asked me to sign a paper for dropping off my car. It was an agreement to a $100 "diagnostic fee" before they would even look at my car. I took my keys back and drove down the road to Mr. Tire. Way to treat a AAA member.

Excellent car care center . Very professional Manager/ staff. They told me my car would be ready in an hour and it was. They are open on sundays so I might be switching all my car care to them. It helps to be a AAA club member. I highly recommend them.
