I have used Mayville Insurance for commercial and personal policies for years. I had joined a group of network referrals and changed my insurance and did I ever regret that. I came back to Tracy, as she really knows her job. She is VERY thorough at explaining everything and gets you the best commercial coverage you can get at the best price. My change to someone who did not have my personal best interest at heart, as Mayville insurance does, cost me a loss of over 30K. I would refer Mayville Insurance to anyone who wants great customer service, makes sure you are covered properly and even followed up to make sure coverage is working and to see if any questions. Best insurance company I have used in my 40 years. Thank you Tracy and Cindy for all of your help!

Within the last year I switched all of my business and personal insurance policies over to Mayville Insurance. Jenny Harbin has been awesome to work with, making sure that every detail is taken care of. We recently had a loss and needed to make a claim. Jenny often called to check on the progress and to make sure that we were happy with the service that we were receiving from the insurance company. If I had questions regarding the claim, she personally called the company and got my answers. Mayville Insurance has outstanding service!

I dont worry about asking around to people at work what they are paying for Car and Home insurance , because when Mayville Insurance finds a better deal on a quality policy ,they notify me without me having to ask if there is something better.
