they said i was paying for "full coverage" , got in a car accident, they didnt even cover a rental, its been 4 weeks since my accident and i still havent got an answer on when ill get my car fixed or when itll be done, or if its a total loss, i had to call them to let them know my car was ready for pick up. they suck ass, all their reps are not educated in the field enough to sell the approriate stuff. these people are stupid, and very unprofessional. do not waste time wit them

I was apalled at the service and respect i got. Not just at this one but all of them. I wasted my money on this crappy insurance. Their insurance for me increased by 30 in 5 months and no i did not add or get in accident. The guy said its not much and it the insurance company. Then he f***ing laughed!!!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional, paying a 76 year old elder over $20,000 from a lawsuit he won in coins that were out in separate paint buckets. Let alone how he was assaulted and removed from this place when he was just asking why you guys cancelled his insurance. How disrespectful!
