It blows my mind that anyone would conduct business in this fashion. I was working with one of their representatives, Lisa Wood, who apparently has fallen of the face of the earth. She has completely stopped following up and has failed to return any of my numerous phone calls. It has now been well over six weeks and there is still no resolution to my claim. The appliance company that is supposed to be doing the repair is not any better and I continue to get the run around from them and First American’s customer service department. Terrible service and overall an absolutely horrible experience. Do NOT recommend.

One star is too generous. I was fine with this company until my last service when the contractor, A-1 Affordable Appliance (SC/GA), took six weeks to tell me they didn't know how to fix my washing machine and First Am did nothing to help until I filed a complaint with the BBB. Then they called me to say I had to see another contractor for a second opinion. They will not let me speak to a manager and will not offer any compensation for their bad service. It's been over 2 months now and my washer is still broken.

I agree with what others have been saying.. Rude employees, seem very disorganized.. Took 2 months to get my money back for a credit they owed.. After 1 month I called them and the rep said that it should have already gone out. Month later it finally arrives.. Got the feeling they thought I would forget about it!

Title insurance policy on property use type got messed up since 6/2016 but I found out recently when I tried to refinance. I called First American Title Insurance Co at Fresno, spoke with the manager. Just keep finger cross, hope the office staff will try to amend their mistake. This error costs me money.

Absolutely the best you can work with. I work with Wendy Stewart and have for 4 years. Flawless work from her and her team. The pricing is extremely competitive and the service is 5 stars all the way. The only thing I do not like is clients having to fill out a statement of information.

I have used their services twice for my home load and they did a fantastic job. There were no problems whatsoever. It seems like other people must have dealt with people no longer in this company because the services i got were great. I highly recommend in orange county.
