As a Real Estate Broker I align myself with service providers that work hard for my clients. Linda Elliot is one of those service providers. Linda not only secured a good price on homeowners insurance she went above and beyond when we found out this particular home needed flood insurance. She was able to find a land surveyor on short notice, worked with the lender and FEMA to get the most accurate quote she could to meet my clients closing deadline. But, that is not all. After closing she continued to work with the surveyor, lender and FEMA to verify the flood risk. Weeks after closing she was able to get the flood zone adjusted and ended up saving my client nearly $3,000.00 a year in insurance costs. I will highly recommend Linda to every client I work with!
