Went Online for a (Fast/Easy) exchange. it has been more than a week. i havent recieved my replacement phone also cant track order on website. when i called i sat on the phone multiple times to than be hung up on. Stopped ringing to talk to customer service just went silent. I contacted Asurion With A different address since was shipped to a previous address but my order was still Returned to Asurion. A representative on the website had me waiting for 15min to explain that she couldnt help me an i needed an call for assistance. so i called. on hold the lady insists going online to file a claim is the quickest easiest way to go about a claim. which it was not. they told me to call. finally i spoke with a helpfull representative after being re routed 3x. now my phone claim has been 2+ weeks ot should only be 3-4 days to arrive. 3wks is far from 24hrs. but ill just be happy to get my working phone.

Asurion sent the wrong, incompatible car phone charger and wrong handset not once but twice after promising to send out the correct parcel both times. Contacted customer service both times regarding the flap. Dodged responsibility in a snide manner and told us to just deal with it. We were not pleased with the service even though the wrong items were next day shipped.

Most frustrating experience ever with something I pay way too much each month to insure and I heard phones replaced w all my monthly payments are poorly refurbished phones.... not new ones! Getting the make , model, and serial numbers off a lost phone is a hassle and then company never got fax even though it said received from my end. Too many steps to submit a claim.

I called late in the day and a replacement was delivered the next afternoon. i had to call Verizon Support to manage thru the setup procedure. More explicit instructions might help us lay people muddle thru setting up the replacement. Over all I am very satisfied with the level of service and promptness received from Asurion.

I received the replacement phones quickly, which was the next day. But the first two replacement phones had the identical problem, which was the speaker phone not working properly. People on the other could not hear me. The second exact replacement had the same problem. That was a little discouraging.
