We have received consistently good service from Jeri Fink’s State Farm agency in Palo Alto in the many years we have been there, and our just-finished work on a business insurance policy with her agent, Connie Fridlund, was one of the finest examples of this. Connie acted as my partner in putting together, in a short time frame, a policy to meet the complex requirements of a demanding office lease. Connie immersed herself in the landlord’s insurance requirements. Then, she put together a multifaceted policy that met them all at a very competitive cost to me. Our family invests in real estate and whenever we are trying to evaluate a transaction to see if it would make sense for us, when we call the staff to help get us insurance quotes, etc, they go way out of their way to be helpful.
