The entire process from underwriting to funding proceeded seamlessly without delay or complication. We honestly experienced not a single impediment to securing a highly competitive mortage on the basis of rates & terms. Steve and his team are amazing! They helped me and my wife purchase our home and they made sure we knew exactly what the process was going to be like. Once we got pre-approved, Steve sent a Total Cost Analysis using 3 different price points within our budget showing a side by side comparison with graphs.
