As a first time shopper for mortgage, i was very confused with all processes and documents i had to prepare..staffs and manager were very helpful in getting all docs ready. They were even willing to help and talk after office hours when my work got busy and had to work overtime. I will def consult with Brian again if i ever had to get another mortgage, and he speaks both Korean and English, so it will be a great help for those who wants to be served in Korean.. btw i got lower rates at Prime than the local banks, so go find out yours too.
