Bill Maguire is the best! If you are reading local reviews for a mortgage or refinance, then you have found the professional you want! Bill Maguire, with Kim and their team respond fast, know the industry, and take care of their customers.William (Bill) Maguire got me the refinance of the century! He saved me money across the board: Lower APR, lower mortgage insurance, got me a GREAT lender credit for the close, and as a bonus I got almost $2,000 OFF my principal!! Who has even heard of that!? With the money I got back from closing and escrow, lender credits and extra off my premium, I had to sit down and do the math.... I actually got paid to refinance! Amazing! I have known William Maguire for years and he has always done work above and beyond. I could not recommend him any higher, my wife and I could not have been more pleased, Bill got us a great deal when we bought our starter home, and a fantastic job when we refinanced. We recommend him to everyone!

As a first time home buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience than working with Keith (as well as Alec and Kim) at Aspire. They were there for me every step of the way, and answered any question I had. They patiently walked me through all my options during each part of the process. My real estate agent Susan Lozowski (with Berkshire Hathaway - whom I would also strongly recommend) was initially unfamiliar with Keith and Aspire. However, after we all began working together Susan remarked multiple times regarding how Keith was going far above and beyond the scope of previous mortgage agents she had dealt with.
