Shaun Bittick at Summit Funding is amazing. This is the person to get a home loan from! She is super detailed and knowledgeable with what programs are out there for first time home buyers, rural programs, etc. She will take your info and what your needs are and throw it all into a pot and make some magic! With no money down, we were able to buy our dream home. Everyone is different in what they qualify for and Shaun takes it all the way,leaving no stone unturned. She communicated with us about every step. what to expect. She was awesome about emailing and texting us even after her work hours. She and our realtor (Karen Lacey) always kept in good communication as well. It could not have gone smoother! We are so happy with work that she has done!
