First and foremost, we would like to thank the New Look team for their professionalism and hard work throughout the entire process of our roof replaced project. It started with the measurement process that included an aerial satellite view of our house. Then Charly visited us at our home to review the contract, insurance, warrantee, and more importantly demoed every piece of material used in the process that matches the manufacturers specifications. Charly also went through all of their great financing options. Once we signed the contract the we were put on their schedule and the crew arrived at our house within a week. Dan the project foreman stayed in contact with me through the entire process, calling me on my cell when I couldn’t be at the house, to keep me posted on their progress. When they were finished the crew cleaned up around the entire house and even put pack some items I had moved out of their way prior to their arrival. The end result is a beautiful roof, a great overall experience, and very happy home owners. They exceeded expectations and everything they promised in our initial conversations they lived up to.

ROOFING REVIEW - We had four companies provide quotes to replace my 22 year old roof. We decided to go with New Look because their price was competitive and seemed to be the best value. The Owens Corning shingles stood out from the other products we had examined. Charly came out and gave us a comprehensive quote that was much more detailed than the single sheets we had received from some other companies. He even showed us pictures of our house that had been modified to simulate what the new roof would look like. After we put a deposit down, they scheduled the work to be done in less than 10 days. The crew put the roof up in one day and left the property as they had found it; a considerable accomplishment given all of the waste that is generated when replacing a roof. I am very happy with the work New Look did and highly recommend them.

New Look Builders can be described in 2 words: QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. The crew installed the new roof and gutters in three days during record high temperatures in the summer. Everyone we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and worked with diligence to ensure the project was done right. This is not a company that cuts corners to save a few bucks. We are 100% satisfied with the end product, and our new roof looks beautiful. When the project was completed we had one small issue, and someone came out the very next day to correct it. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for." New Look Builders may not come with a bargain-basement price tag, but the quality you get is well worth it.
