Day Plumbing & Heating installed central heating and Air Conditioning in our cabin near Fairmont. We were so satisfied and impressed with their work that we asked them to replace the furnace and A/C in our home 50 miles away. We sent pictures and details of our system. Details were worked out and a date was set. Bill assured us they could complete the job in one day. Bob and Charlie arrived at 7 AM and began work immediately. By 1 PM they had removed the furnace and A/C, set new ones and were ready for the scheduled electrician. Everything was completed, programed and running by 4: 30 PM when they left. Neat, clean, and very professional workmanship by the installers. This comment was made by the electrician "these people are really professionals"! Paul Saxton

The Service provided by Day PHC is second to none! Every person at Day was a pleasure to work with, from the owners to office staff to the guys on the work site. Very professional and very helpful. The only reason I dropped one star is the statements are the worst I have ever seen. It provides a list of basic work done (ie; roughed in bathroom), and is thorough in that respect but there is no breakdown of the dollars. I have no idea if I spent $10,000 on a furnace and $2,000 on labor or if it was $8,000 on labor and $4,000 on a furnace. I certainly understand that they cannot itemize every individual fitting, pipe, glue, etc, but I would appreciate some idea of how billing was tallied up.

We needed to replace our A/C unit and decided to have the furnace replaced also after learning it was 22 years old. Day Plumbing Heating & Cooling were knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. They replaced both in 8 hours, had an electrician booked to do the extra wiring required, took extra time to explain everything they had done and even cleaned up after themselves. We felt the radon level was too high, so we had them install a radon system to remove it. It has done wonders, the level is now .08, way below what is considered a safe level. So happy with the service and the job done. Best investment I could have made for better air quality.
