My husband and I had a bad experience today at the bank. We waited for over two hours to get served and there was only one person before us. Constantly they told us that we would be taken care of in two minutes, which never happened. There were people who came out saying that employees spent a long time in talks and jokes that were not related to their work. It is regrettable that make Tiep lose that way. We had to leave without us occassionally because it is ridiculous to wait so long for service. Appalling! Should talk with employees, one thing is to be kind and another waste time with irrelevant talks.

If i could give them no stars i would. get there early or else you will be standing in line a long time. I complained to the manager and her response was if you know of anyone looking for a job please send them our way because we need help....lol

Waited two hours to open an account. Since then left and went to a different bank. BofA if you want to make loans off of my savings then give some decent service.

Bank close to early and the drive thru is never hardly open, not very convenient for working people to do banking outside of online banking and utilizing the atm.
