I went to this branch for over two years, and was never disappointed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I too had to wait in line if I showed up during a busy time (they are often busy), but everyone was doing something. There is a lot more happening at a bank than just helping the lobby customers. I understand the frustration of waiting in line, but I would rather wait a little longer for friendly service. I think this is why they stay so busy.

If you make a deposit here make sure to keep your receipt otherwise your money will disappear. They will keep you waiting just to steal your money and the managers will never do squat about it. Instead they will accuse you of lying. This is a criminal enterprise avoid this branch at all costs. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Horrible service overall. Understaffed mostly all the time I arrive. I went there and deposited a check, and did not show up in my account the next two weeks, because the "microcenter was understaffed" which is possibly true, but thats BULLCRAP!! HIRE MORE PEOPLE HERE PLEASE! THEIR UNDERSTAFFED QUIT BEING CHEAP US BANK!!

Really bad service. Too slow and cashiers Christy andd Gina always talking andd flirting with the supervisor which name I do not know but is always standing doing nothing or provavly a new member of the crew.

Slowest bank branch in america. Tellers are rude and never has a clue what they are doing. I wait 15 to 20 minutes every time I go thru the drive thru with me being the only person there.
