If you want a quick and simple loan process to purchase a home call Don at Fairway. We have used his services twice. If there is a more professional and timely broker out there I have yet to meet him/her. When we decided to buy sell/buy a new home again, we only called Don. Buying a home is stressful, but we always knew we could call and get him on the phone during the process and he would know the answer and have a solution. Bottom line, use these guys.
