This used to be your typical local friendly credit union, until the current man-in-charge Cameron Dickey took over as CEO. Everything has gotten so much worse since (service, competence, friendliness, etc). I used this credit union exclusively for 15 years until not long after he took over. I also know many other long time members that have since transferred all of their banking to another institution. I also know that key long time management personnel have decided to leave since his hiring. Only trust this institution with your money if you want it being handled by an entire hierarchy of rude and incompetent people.

They are unprofessional and not helpful. I was left on hold for over twenty minutes trying to get answers for overdraft fees that were wrongly charged to my account. Apparently what your online banking or banking app is not actually the correct balance ever..... Bank with these people if you enjoy headaches and frustration and never plan on leaving the cypress area.

A lady named "Ms. Betty" here is the nastiest person I have ever dealt with in the history of banking with cy-fair. She has zero customer service skills, no greeting and super rude. She was a nightmare to deal with. I prefer my normal 529 location over this one.

The Biggest problem I have with this place is the late night drop off, everytime I come to make my loan payment for my car their are never any envolopes. I have to do late night drop off due to my work schedule....

I have been banking with CFFCU for many years. I have never had a problem! The employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I highly recommend banking with CFFCU!
