My HELOC principal payment was not accepted today because the interest payment amount, that is auto debited, was not the correct amount due. So Chase says the interest payment needs to be paid in full before a principal payment can be made. Hello, I authorized auto debit interest payments over a year ago. Why is it a problem now? Why not just apologize, say you (Chase) messed up and proceed with receiving my principal payment? Why drag this out for a full 50 minutes? Oh, this is so incredibly frustrating to deal with this bank!

Dear readers, I had a terrible experience with the branch manager Regina. Regina attacked me with disrespectful treatment after requesting a try dollars fee to be waived, she scream at me in front of her clerk. I suggest that Regina reads a book about customer service. This will help Regina be courteous with CHASE customers. Regina needs to be nice and not made CHASE customers feel unwelcome.

The associates are great here. Also the auto teller machines are god additions in Chase. But if you need to see an associate sometimes you might have to wait half an hour in weekends.

Obviously adding new technology is slowing this bank down instead of helping. Only one staff actually helping and a long line with about 15 people waiting to be helped!!!!
