I have a auto loan with Sandia. They do not make it easy to make a payment. It is the hardest bill to pay in all my life. It frustrates me every month. I tried to call & was on hold over 25 minuets & they said I could make a payment but it would cost me $15. Ridiculous.

I will not bank here in the future terrible hours aside I feel that the loan officers dabble in the quick talk / sly/ deceitful practiced. While being super cordial to help their plan of deceit.

I have banked and have several loans drawn up by Sandia Area for many years. Never have had a problem, always low apr, and was able to pay off the loan without penalty.
