Columbine Federal Credit union has forever changed my opinion of credit unions. Every time I call to make a loan payment I can never get a hold of the "Loan Department" even during business hours. I always have to leave voice messages, which never get returned. I have yet had any answers to simple questions regarding my loan. I will be paying off my loan entirely just to not have to deal with them any longer. Good luck to those who dare consider them!

Had financed a motorcycle with them by way of dealer, had the unfortunate situation of mounting medical debt and was forced into bankruptcy, CU treaded me like scum and as though I was having a fun time declaring I was broke. Embarrassing enough without them rubbing it in my face, failed to properly comply with FCRA and Federal Bankruptcy standards relating to properly report trade lines and forgiving debt during the pre-discharge stay period.

I love this place. This is a brand new building (they moved from Arapahoe and University). They have been so incredibly helpful with getting our credit on track and keeping it on track. All the staff is friendly and helpful. We have talked to several people in the loan department and every one of them has made us feel comfortable about the next step(s) and how to get us to our goals (no pressure, no feeling "small" or "dumb").

I have had two vehicle loans and everyone was an easy process..I just applied for another and yet again was treated great. Tiffany even went to the dealer website to get the vin number as we where on the phone at the time..they will do whatever it takes to try and get you the best possible rates and financing approval..

Came in to pay off title. Extremely helpful and present staff. Cant remember the girls name for the death of me, i remember her middle name being lane because we joked about it being my boyfriends last name. Always a pleasant experience there.
