I have gotten 5 loans from this place. I will never even try again. It takes days to get a loan. You need to hold there hand the whole way. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone at the branch location even if you have there direct number. I went to Blue Federal Credit Union and walked out with a $60k check in 2 hours. It took belco 2 weeks then when I got to the dealer. Belco had f-d it up so bad they had to redo the loan. Just save yourself some time and aggravation go to a different bank.

Waiting at least 10 minutes. on one teller to finish with clients while the other one sits staring at the monitor is usual business at this branch. Would love to post the picture of the second teller sitting in my direction with no care in the world! True score is ZERO.

They offer shared branch services but have very little knowledge on how to execute the transaction. Each time is a different outcome depending on what teller you get.
