As person who has worked in banking I know how hard it is but when someone calls and makes an appointment and then has to wait for over 40 mins while you see and hear laughing and joking coming from the office is NOT good banking.

We have been trying to get a car and the lady that helps with that is very very lazy. We go with the stuff we need and ends up that we need other stuff! WASTE OF TIME!!!
