Mike Ward is a man of integrity and his business shows just that. Quality work and equipment at the best price anywhere. Most importantly when you call them for service you are going to get the truth. If your unit can be repaired they are going to tell you that not try to upsell you. They want to be your HVAC folks for life and they know if you call them and you are treated fairly you will never go anywhere else. I called Mike after two companies recommended replacement several years ago and he told me the truth I need a $200.00 repair and I would get more service out of my unit. I did for three more years ALWAYS get a second opinion and if our first call was not to Vol State HVAC do yourself and your wallet a favor and be sure our second one is!

My a/c unit was not working, due to a large freon leak. I was told by a large, well-known HVAC company that my only options were to either replace the evaporator coil (not advised) or the entire unit. Mike Ward sent Jacob out to give a second opinion. They were able to install a new evaporator coil for almost 1/4 of the price of the other company. Jacob did an excellent job and my a/c has been working working great. If you are looking for a company run by a man of integrity, that provides top quality service, I highly recommend Mike Ward and Vol State.

My downstairs unit went out a couple of days before our first snow this year. I called several HVAC businesses in the Franklin/Spring Hill area to compare prices. Vol State HVAC saved me HUNDREDS of dollars from the lowest price in Franklin, and THOUSANDS from a VERY well-known company in the area. No brainer here. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job....in the snow. If you are in Williamson county, skip the unnecessary wealth premium an go with these guys!

Vol state recently installed a new unit for us , vol state went well above and beyond the call of duty for us , every one of the guys that came to our house was absolutely wonderful,extremely professional, They were AWESOME!!!! I do heat and air work myself but we needed a licensed contractor to install our unit, so i was really impressed with the install . I will recommend vol state to any body who will listen , Thanks guys

Vol State just installed a new 3 ton package unit to replace my old one and installed it in a very timely manner. I live in the Columbia / Culleoka area. There prices are great and they are very honest dependable people. I highly recommend using Vol state for all your Heat and air needs. Ive been using them for 4 plus years and they have never let me down.
