I strongly recommend NW Premier Mortgage. Whitney did an excellent job of keeping our refinance on track. I originally chose NW Premier because their quote included detailed information about the lender that they had in mind for our needs. The other brokers I contacted were mum about lenders. It turned out that our lender was a great fit for us and quite flexible. We were a low-risk client, but had issues with an incomplete first appraisal. Whitney and the team, including the lender, went to bat for us. Everything worked out just fine.
