Excellent service! Very accomodating! They made me feel like they cared about me not just my refinace. These attributes in a business are so hard to find these days. Daniel Dunn and his team were Exceptional! Dale Poe was my loan officer and even mentioned to me at our first meet that regardless if I choose to work with Atlantic Mortgage or not, that his job was to make sure I get the best information and service possible and to expect nothing short of that. I was completely blown away by that. I did not feel just like a $ to them. No one could touch their low rates & closing was super fast! Nevertheless I do not want to make this sound to good to be true so I will close on this, this is my first review I am doing online and I am going out of my way to write it because sometimes you have to give Credit when Credit is due. Steve Ryan at Atlantic Mortgage and Funding Inc. was excellent with helping me purchase my first home. He explained all of my options thoroughly in language that I could understand. Because of this I was able to confidently choose the best option for my family. The home buying process is a stressful situation and Steve was with me every step of the way. He called and checked up on me often and related with me through stories of his own home purchase. We had some issues with the sellers and the home we were purchasing fell into short sale changing the closing date and much more. Steve and his teammate Francis Wilburn were on top of it. They made sure that the paperwork was updated and that everything we’d agreed on would stay the same. I am very happy that I chose to work with Steve and Atlantic Mortgage. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need to and recommend you do the same.

I started working with Joseph Bell on a VA streamline refi in late 2015. Although I had a decent 4% rate, Atlantic offered 3.75% with no increase in balance which could be significant on a fairly high mortgage. Leery but curious how/if they could actually do it, went with it. Still expected a big surprise at closing but all went smoothly. Top it off, few weeks later, Joseph called to inform me rates dropped again and I could go to 3.25% in same fashion. So in a matter of three months, I refinanced twice with absolutely no cost, made only one payment (because I wanted, not that it was due), banked and saved a good deal of money that my budget is still benefiting from, and my mortgage balance actually DROPPED! It was amazing, but true and still wondering how they did it! Veterans do have benefits and it also helps to be blessed!

My husband and I recently refinanced through Atlantic Mortgage and Funding Inc. We were not looking to refinance because we did not want to add to the principal of our loan. Mr Timothy Brock Davidson explained to me that we could refinance without it costing us anything or adding to the principal of our loan. I was skeptical at first but he was patience with me and took me to the VA website and explained the process to me. After investigating Atlantic Mortgage I called him back and he walked me through the whole process. He was very professional and anytime I called him he answered or called me back immediately. He did not try to pressure me. I would do it again in the future if the rates drop again.

Stephen Ryan will get you the most competitive interest rate. I just completed my third transaction with him and I also had friends do business with him too. His whole team makes things extremely easy during the stress of selling/buying your home. Once the interest rate is locked in, Frances does a fantastic job of making sure that you provide all necessary documentation in order to close on time or ahead of schedule. Kudos to the entire team at Atlantic Mortgage, especially Stephen and Frances. Shop around for rates...I bet Stephen beats it.

If it were possible to give negative stars I would! Tried to refi my VA loan. They told me I was going to get everything! It sounded too good to be true! Turns out it was. Avoid these guys like the plague. And remember this, that "no cost" refi really costs you big time when you figure that you are paying interest on the money( the fees they are charging you) that they roll into your loan for up to 30 years! This is a place all veterans should steer clear of.
