being a first time home buyer, the whole deal was uncharted water for me. Jason made it so easy to navigate, he was there every time to answer my questions and concerns. but that i think everybody will do these days to get good ranking and customer ratings. but what differentiate him was after almost yr now from the home purchase, he still answers and checks in to see i am all good. that to me is going above and beyond. he has build a trust in my book that i will not go anywhere for this need.
