Great for loans and pretty good for credit cards. I recommend to NOT use them for IRAs. Many of tellers, at least at this specific branch, are inexperienced with IRAs and are not properly trained with these type of accounts. I had to fix an issue caused by multiple tellers lack of knowledge about IRAs that has cost me hours of my time, undue stress and sub-par treatment of my IRA-related issues by personnel who oversee these tellers and these types of accounts. I was very disappointed with my IRA service and I take it seriously as it is my retirement that I am working hard for.

Late on my car payment sometimes. Teller would always make it a point to let me know with an attitude. Yes I know my payment is 2 days late.
