I used McDivitt Law Firm for my disability claim back in 2013. I was turned down when I applied on my own. I called Mc Divitt and they took my case. I want to say their expertise is great. If papers needed to be signed, they came to me. I only had to go to Pueblo twice the whole time they were fighting for my disability. We had to go before a judge to make the determination and I felt my attorney with Mc Divitt did an exceptional job representing me. If I needed an attorney again for a case that Mc Divitt would handle, I would sure call them again. The day of the meeting with the judge, I was scared to death, but when I left the hearing I had a good feeling about my case. I was granted my disability and started receiving my benefits the very next month.

They actually quit a month before telling me and caused my workers comp. to be dropped. They seemed more concerned with what amount of money they wanted to win for themselves rather than worry themselves with my accident. They did nothing to help me at all. It was a complete waste of time so I went to The Baumberger Law Firm and they got it done with yield to my injuries.
