January of this year, my identity was taken. The people who took it must of lived in north Stockton they went to the same branch on March Ln. they would deposit fake checks into the account. Went to the branch in Lathrop, the Manager looked at me like I was writing these checks. I proceeded to call customer service. Nothing. About 2 or 3 times a week I would call customer service an would wont to speak to the fraud depart. March I got a letter from Chase stating You are to stop paying on your judgment if you have one, stop paying collection it you are in collections. I call to make sure it was true which it was. Now the collection is chase bank it self. they called me I told them the issue and they told me so we still want the money. so now August I have a civil case against Chase for harassment.

Very rude on the phone. Not willing to help because they claim they had 3 customers in line in their branch. I asked if I wait on hold until they finish their 3 customers they could assist me and they said no we are busy. It was a simple transaction lookup!? I agree with the other reviewers - stay far away from this branch & their staff.

Maribel Ruelas is horrible teller and has absolutely horrible customer servive i feel like she try to scold me like a kid for not reading something i knew information for. I am owner of a local business and this is not how treat people....

Pore customers loyalty loved banking with them then when I needed them because of a fraud incident they just dropped me really disappointed pore customer loyalty
