Luckily this is not my regular bank, but I do have to deal with them once a month when I deposit money into my nieces account. Since I am not on her account they will not allow me to use cash to deposit. They say it is because of drug monies being transferred and hidden, Come on guys I am sure $300 a month is drug money. So anyway I have to use my debit card or a check, I use debit as it goes right into her account immediately. The only trouble is the transaction takes forever as they require all my identification information with my drivers license and verification. This can not be done on their instant tellers so it requires me to go in the bank to the regular tellers, of which they have few. They have mainly either drive up or teller machines in the bank. I use two locations, in one they have 2 actual tellers on the other they have 3. There are always long lines at both banks with few customers using their automated tellers. For some reason Chase appears to be a minority bank with most customers being lower income and having many problems with their transactions. With their minimim of actual tellers it creates a problem for their customers and long, slow lines. . July first 2017 It has been a year since i did this review and in that year I have not seen any change. I find it surprising that nothing has changed after seeing all the negative reviews. I guess with Chase customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Used to be Washington Mutual and rocked then chase took over and went down hill. Walked in for a rent cashiers check and told me it was no longer free for members and fees kept eating up my account add staff just got rude, even my dad who I reccomenned the bank to, has also had many issues as he still banks there but I left due to the continued issues.

My sister Alicia and I went so we could both open accounts and Stephanie Helped us and she was so fun and kind. She was the best. She helped us in a timely manor and also had a good vibe. She was very funny and she just made our entire visit a pleasurable one.

The wait was a bit long but the customer service Mia provided was worth the wait. Every time I have gone into the bank the staff is always friendly and very professional. I am giving them 5 stars for the service provided.
