This is by far the most miserable banking experience I have ever had in my life. The online banking UI is a complete nightmare. Ironic, because B of I advertises itself has being entirely online without the hassle of needing to go in-person for your banking needs. It takes the team literally months to resolve any issue--and there are issues aplenty, because, again, the online platform is practically useless. Save yourself a major headache and go with a competent bank.

filed my taxes every year with h&r block emerald advance and no problems now that bofi took over they wont tell you nothing and they delay it longer, in my opinion i would use turbo tax from here out, i filed both on the 22nd of Jan. the state was sent to the bank the 20th and they keep saying there uploading the soft ware and no taxes, have been recieved and revenue says it is and they seen it said it be there now saying it not this company is a crock of crap

My entire experience with BOFI has been a big let down. Whenever I would need help, I would call and they would direct me again and again to my relationship manager who rarely answered his phone. I would leave him messages and he would almost never return my calls. There were numerous other problems such as slowness in sending my debit and a complete failure to follow up with me concerning my application. This bank has a long way to go.

The bank headquarters is located in California, which apparently for these people is the center of the world. Heaven forbid they get up before 8am on a business day, Pacific time. Getting in touch with technical support is impossible making it very difficult to correct issues with a purely online bank.

Here is a company that is really elevating its game. A true online bank, BOFI is bringing on new services everyday and earnestly trying to earn my business one step at a time. The customer service people are real and the online help is actually useful. Recommend highly for low touch, high service!

aggressive lender, will attempt to foreclose prematurely against your rights if you do not know what you are doing, filed complaint with commission for investigation, but many will likely lose their property prematurely before bofi is indicted

I never been to bank but I work used them and I got a debit card from them most bank will never change for Direct posit but they charge you 75 cent and to add money it a fee of $3.25 I going to change banks but this banks need help bad

maybe somebody should let these people in Lafayette Ga. at the wells fargo know that they do not know everything. They do not need to worry about how I got what I have but whether or not I really have it or not.
