I SHOULD HAVE READ THESE REVIEWS! I have done 2 signings for Mortgage Docs. NO MORE! They record on their site on my dashboard a pay date for both signings. I have not been paid for either one. I have called and emailed numerous times. Now I will do as suggested on other reviews, I will contact the Lender and Title Companies. Then I will give a report to the BBB. Some of the reports on 123notary and Notary Rotary were positive so I gave the a chance. Never again!!!

Looks like Mortgage Docs has had issues with practically every notary who has worked for them. I closed a refi for them in mid-December, and after numerous attempts to get paid, I was promised by the CEO that would happen within 48 ours. That was over 2 weeks ago. I will now contact the title company and hopefully get a favorable response. I will not accept any more deals from Mortgage Docs.

I have called and emailed numerous times. Now, I will contact the Lender or file a civil suit. SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MORTGAGE DOCS!!

I would NOT recommend this company to fulfill your loan signings nor to any notaries to work for this company. They do not pay their notaries. It took me almost 5 months to get paid. I had to involve the title company and lender in order to get paid. This is unacceptable business practices.

I am sad to say that I too am one of the notaries who is now owed for 7 assignments dating back to September. Despite repeated calls to the company to different representatives who have assured me that "someone in accounting" will get back to me, I have heard NOTHING!

I also should have checked and review this company, they do not pay, I even call the the lender that gives them assignments and they said they will not work with them, all lies. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They do not deserve any star.

At the signing table and no one answered or called back. Lender could not reach them as I could not either. I have called them every business day since the 1st of July with no response. No payment for six signings in May.

They have been trying to dodge me for payment of several signing. I will proceed with small claims court. There are getting a bad name for not paying there notaries. Lender Live one of there largest clients is gone!!

Will not answer voice mails, or emails! Called 8 times and sent 6 emails for pay. NO RESPONSE/NO PAY after 4 months! Ridiculous!
