Excellent service! This is my fourth time buying/selling (and the last) and the team at Apple Tower Title has been the most professional in all 7 closings! I am glad we used Apple Tower since we had a title problem that they spotted days prior to closing and kept us informed all throughout the process. I can not stress enough how important it is to have a clean title on the property, and even with the delay the team at Apple Tower worked with the bank to figure out what was the problem. At the end, we closed with the peace of mind of having a clean title and an excellent closing in which even the seller was extremely happy, good job Danny and the rest of the team!
