My wife and I went up to Big Bear to look at cabins. We went up on a Sunday afternoon without making any prior arrangements. Once we arrived in Big Bear, I called the Bob Angilella Team and spoke to Jim Gordon. We met with Jim 30 minutes later and discussed what we were looking for, and our budgeted price range. Jim showed us 6-8 cabins that met our criteria, and off we went to look at the homes. It turned out the the first cabin we looked at was the cabin we eventually decided to buy.Jim helped us throughout the entire from the first call to closing. If you are considering buy property in Big Bear I definitely recommend calling Jim. He was very helpful, professional and followed through on everything. All in all it was a great experience for me and my wife.

I interviewed several different agents prior to listing with Bob. Two of the others wanted to list the property WAY below what I wanted to get for it. Yes it would have sold very quickly and made them easy money but a loss to me. I did feel that Bob overpriced the house initially. ($50,000 over what the other agents thought I should list it for) We did end up selling the property within 6 weeks for about $3000 less than I wanted to get but still $20,000 above what the other agents wanted to list it for. Bob was very professional and the sale was handled with minimal issues. His marketing plan and listing presentation were very thorough. I would definitely recommend him with NO reservations. Thank you Bob for making an emotional sale easier.

We recently purchased a cabin home in Big Bear and because of their professionalism, along with the escrow and loan companies they recommended, the process went without a hitch and escrow closed sooner than expected.
