Property Cartwheel

After some early conversations with Mike at LM2, we really didnt know what to make of his in-depth probing and interviewing. In our experiences, most HMLers simply analyze a proposal and so long as their interests are protected, they do the deal. We’d had a situation where we were leveraged pretty heavily while doing multiple deals and were looking for a unique, reasonable solution that made business sense. We had options based on a strong equity position in one of the properties, but hadn’t found a good fit for our goals. After having spoken to multiple lenders and not being presented with an option we felt satisfactory, it turns out Mike’s questions produced the creative option we were looking for and we haven’t been disappointed. I’ve been is sales for close to 20 years and you only see thoroughness like this from a professional. LM2 was transparent, ready to fund in 24 hours, offered competitive rates, were very responsive, and Mike even fielded after hours inquiries. I’d recommend using them and we’ll use them again.
