The best loan experience ever!!! Just closed a refinance loan with Brandon Dinsbach. He was able to secure a great loan for my 1974 manufactured home. Loans for manufactured homes built prior to 1976 are VERY difficult to get. Brandon was able to find a lender that lowered my 6.25% interest loan to 4.625%. Working with Brandon was a pleasure,. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained every component of the loan process. I highly recommend Brandon to anyone needing home loan services!
