Came out next day after I called. Tim walked me through his process and what he was seeing that could be wrong. He knew instantly, and got it fixed in a total of about 30 mins. This company is very helpful in trying to find solutions without gouging your wallet. Tim walked away with my cold air blasting for less than $250 total! They even waived the $50 service fee if any repair is needed. 100% would use again, and would recommend calling them!

AC went out on a summer day. We called and they were out within an hour. Was able to tell us what was wrong and what we needed to get to fix it. Service call was very fair price and shocked they advised us how to be able to do it ourselves and where to go to get the parts. I will be using them again without a doubt.
