Air Comfort Solutions does it right. From the initial call in to schedule a check up service, all the way to having everything fixed and done, the ACS crew nailed it. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They checked the simple things over the phone, and then scheduled Tim to come out for a service call. He showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. He explained what he was checking and what he found. Then he checked into parts options and gave me a fair estimate and schedule for repairs. Tim and the service team were simply outstanding on game day. They showed up on time, went right to work, and finished the job ahead of schedule. The only difference in my house before they came and after they left was the new parts and a working AC. There was not a scuff, scrape, footprint or scrap of debris anywhere. They even came in under their original estimate. Thanks again Tim and ACS!

After my Heater broke, I research the problem and I was scared at how many people had bad experiences, from not responding on time, to overcharging, no being able to find the problem and spent money on the wrong parts, adding items after initial quote, on top of being rude and many more things. I called the first Co. and they were too busy co come and gave me wrong information over the phone, including assuming the problem was the thermostat so I bought one, to no avail, then I called Air Comfort Solutions, Immediate response, Tim came and was very nice, professional, and experienced, he immediately found the problem, gave me different options and never push for extra stuff, was Saturday, so he told me we will have to wait for Monday to get the part, and Before lunch on Monday we had it working, Best experience with a service Co. highly recommend them. Turned my a/c on for the first time on 4/7/2016 in the evening and although the unit outside was running, no air was circulating inside the house. Called ACS and within 30-45 minutes, Tim arrived. Since I have a YORK unit, and my blower motor was out, it needed a part specific motor because of the way YORK units are installed in newer homes. Tim got the part and was out the very next day to install. Tim was super professional, set up the part so that in the future, I will not need a part specific motor and can get one faster than a one day turn around. Tim also gave me great maintenance tips for my a/c. Absolute great professional service. I recommend them highly. Thanks, Tim!!

Talk about miracle workers! ACS went above and BEYOND any expectation I had and came up with an amazing and FAST solution to a problem we had with our HVAC. Not only did they replace it in a mere two days after ordering it, but it was installed in just a couple hours. They were extremely clean, and friendly as well! They quickly replaced a 14 year old unit, and gave me solid advice to help control my electric bill (which mind you we were paying around $500 a month), Overall, we are impressed and recommend them to ANYONE! Never again!!! $270 for a less than $20 part and he was here less than 15 minutes. Its not even so much the money, but the wanted to charge me $1000 for a motor that didnt need replacing. A $200 motor, if that ,for $1000.00. Called to discuss the ridiculous bill and im told that he has bills to pay, you know gas, marketing, labor, overhead, warranty, and so on. Sorry, but if you cant afford your bills you dont scalp your customers in order to pay them!!! Next time stick around a little longer to act like your earning the rate you charge. Will never use again!!!

There are few in the industry with a depth of knowledge as Tim. He decided to venture out on his own and work for you the home owner. I know that if you call Tim out to your home or place of business you will be getting someone that puts customer over profit and you will get the job done correctly and at a competitive price.

Tim worked me into his schedule next day when I was without any air. He diagnosed the problem, tried to help get it repaired under warranty (no luck but not for lack of trying!). Once parts came in the installers showed on time went right to work and got the air back on. Installers worked in my attic and took great care to protect my carpet and walls as they moved equipment out and in. I will always call ACS when I have a/c needs!

Tim responded and made appointment right away when I called him. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the air condition problem I had and provided me two alternatives: a complete fix by him or DIY maintenance. I chose DIY, he explained what I need to do and what materials I need to buy, even left me some duct sealant so that I do not have to buy. That was a great experience. I would certainly use this company again

What incredible service! We were dealing with a lightning strike which knocked out our downstairs unit. Insurance wanted detailed info. Bryan was our advocate and our go-between with insurance. My claims office has used ACS on several claims to get a good, and honest opinion on HVAC systems and if replacement is warranted from storm damages. Always quick to respond to our needs and very reasonable and fair in their assessment. I would highly recommend, and if they were in my area, I would use them personally for any residential air conditioning service needed.

They provided the best quote, then installed the new equipment the very next day. As a follow-up, they returned this spring to check on the equipment and ensure is was ready for the hot Texas Summer.
