We recently had Lee from Premier Air Service install two Samsung Whisper Ductless HVAC systems to cool our gym and shop. Premier Air did an excellent job from start to finish. Lee came out twice to quote two different systems as we worked towards deciding which system would work best for the space. His quotes were very competitive and detailed compared to 5 other quotes. We were able to schedule the installation of the systems within a 2 week window, install was completed in one day, and a quick follow up for adjusting the system was also completed within 24 hours. At each stage of the project Lee was first to respond to request for quote, on time for each meeting, on schedule for install and even an immediate unexpected follow up. We plan to work with him on maintaining our existing HVAC units and will highly recommend him to our personal friends and family. Outstanding!

Lee and William at Premier Air Service in McKinney, TX broke the mold when they visited my small Dallas condo recently to check a leak and subsequent damage. I poses about the same amount of knowledge about AC units as I do about quantum physics (zip) and they were extremely patient with my array of questions that ranged from ridiculous to ‘loaded’. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and showed me visuals to make sure I had a full grasp of the situation. After an extensive analysis on my AC issue, they gave me multiple options to address my problem. As someone who is talented as getting overcharged or coerced for paying for something that is unnecessary, this is always my first concern. If you are like me and need skilled, personable professionals who actually put the customer before their profit line, put your faith in them!

I recently bought a new house and sold my old home. I had Premier Air Service come to both houses based on the exceptional service they provided. The house I sold, the got in great shape to be inspected and in good shape for the next owners. For the house I bought it has a brand new unit that just needed some servicing and balancing of ducts for better airflow. They have never given me more than I needed and are stand up guys. I have had both Jason and Lee come out to my homes and enjoy both of their company. I have them in my phone book as I no longer have to go search for a service. They are the guys I call.

Premier A/C did a very thorough job of servicing my 2-year old A/C units. Making an appointment was easy and they were prompt in arriving within the 2-hour appointment window. They answered all of my questions and made me aware of potential future issues with the way the unit drains were installed. Excellent and honest service - Premier just installed two new AC units, furnaces and thermostats at our home and made sure we were satisfied with the installation. We recently had a lightning strike and Lee was on the phone with us within minutes to help late on a Friday night.
