Do never choose this company. My experience is beyond unbeliavable. 2 months ago I had to go to the doctors to do a couple of tests. Because the doctors were not sure about my benefits, they decided to call ISO to ask them if I had coverage for the service, and ISO said yes without asking specifically for which type of tests. 2 months later, I just received a 400 dollar bill from ISO asking me to pay the amount and claiming that they do not cover anything with some stupid excuse. Pure fraud

I am a member with ISO for years since I was F1 full time students at university, and now become OPT status. Last semester, my school changed waiver requirements in the middle of the academic year. ISO customer representatives tailored plans and assist me through the waiver denial issue in 2 days. I am impressed by their prompt response. I have referred many friends to ISO and got the referral bonus from them.

Do NOT choose this insurance! This is definitely the worst insurance company ever! I made claim in 2016 summer and they kept requiring my info. I handed in my accident info several times but they never responded! Now it is 2017 and I still receive a bill over $4,000 from the hospital. Worst custom service ever!

They work with HealthSmart Insurance, which has the worst customer service EVER. Would not recommend to anyone who is not completely desperate with insurance options.
